Gilberto Sayão is a founding partner and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinci Partners. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Sayão was a partner at Banco Pactual and he was responsible for the areas of investment, corporate finance and hedge funds. He was also a director of UBS Pactual Gestora de Inversiones Alternativas and was part of the Executive Committee of Banco Pactual and UBS Pactual.
