Martín Migoya is one of the four founders of the multinational software developer Globant, a company he has run since its birth in 2003. Globant has offices in more than 15 countries across four continents. Despite Argentina’s ongoing recession, the company announced investments for more than 2,250 million pesos in the first half of the year. It seeks to hire more than 1,300 people in the provinces of Chaco, Tierra del Fuego and Río Negro. As part of its strategy, the company will award scholarships to teach young people coding skills. On the other hand, Globant is investing 4.8 billion pesos in the construction of three new offices in the City of Buenos Aires, Tandil, and Córdoba.
