Óscar Giraldo from Manizales developed PlayVox, a software provider for the optimization of call center agents that already has more than 250 clients around the world, including Twitter, Electronic Arts, Dropbox, OLX and Delivery Hero. Founded in April 2012, this company offers gamification-based solutions to enhance and inspire better performance from agent teams. The firm acquired Agyle Time in January 2021 and entered the contact center workforce management market. Additionally, it raised USD 25 million with Five Elms Capital, bringing the total capital raised to USD 34 million.
