Roberto Balls Sallouti has been the president and member of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual since 2015. Roberto has a degree in Economics, with a specialization in Finance and Marketing, from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. He joined BTG in 1994 and became a partner in 1998. He was responsible for the local and international fixed income businesses, before becoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2008. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Febraban, Mercado Libre and Banco Pan.
