Some members of the media consider Stanley Motta as the businessman with the greatest fortune in Central America. Forbes estimates his assets amount to more than US$ 4,000 million. Motta’s activities cover a large part of Latin America, the group has interests in retail, specialized sales (duty free and spirits) as well as video games (with JVLat being Nintendo’s exclusive distributor in the region), and financial services. Motta is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Copa Holdings.
