Pollyana Saraiva is the daughter of an agronomist and currently head of Rural Banking Brazil at Rabobank, one of the largest banks in the Netherlands and a world leader in financial services for agribusiness. With a degree in administration, she began her career at the bank in 2007, as relationship manager of the Uberlândia (MG) branch, to assume in 2019 the position of executive director and lead one of the most important areas of Rabobank in Brazil.
