She began her career at LAN, an airline that would later become LATAM Airlines, 13 years ago. After holding various positions, at the end of 2018 she took over as general manager for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Under her leadership, the airline’s regional operations have weathered challenges such as rising fuel prices and the industry downturn due to the pandemic. In late 2020, after LATAM’s Brazilian and Colombian subsidiaries signed a codeshare agreement with Aeromexico, the airline moved its operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 at Mexico City International Airport, the country’s largest airport.
