Eduardo Hochschild Beeck is a renowned Peruvian businessman who has led up to nine different companies. He is currently CEO of Hochschild Mining Plc and Chairman of Fossal SAA. The executive also chairs the company Cementos Pacasmayo (founded by his father), is president of the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC), president of Tecsup, partner of the Institute of Mining Safety in Peru, executive vice president of Mauricio Hochschild y Cia Ltda. SA, and member of the Business Advisory Council of APEC (Peru). Hochschild is also a member of the boards of 10 other companies.
