She’s country manager of Chevron in México. The energy giant obtained two contracts for oil exploration in deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In October 2019, the executive and computer engineer expanded the company’s portfolio in the country with the purchase of a 40% stake in three Shell blocks, located in deep waters as well. The company has joined Microsoft to analyze data and unburden problems in marine fields with technology, although its biggest challenge is deepwater production, it takes seven to 15 years to obtain a probability of success of less than 30%.
