In November 2016, when she became CEO of the company, she took on the challenge of restructuring one of the most important construction companies in the country, founded by the Quintana family. The company, after emerging from bankruptcy in 2018, has figured as one of the main contractors to develop key infrastructure for President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s star works, such as the Mayan Train. Prior to ICA, she was vice president of Finance and Risk Management at Grupo Televisa. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Innova and Grupo AXO. She is an alternate member of the board of directors of Grupo Televisa, Grupo Financiero Banorte and was a guest member of Volaris.
