Janine Belmont has been CEO of Yanbal since 2011, a transnational company founded in 1967 in Peru by entrepreneurs Eduardo and Fernando Belmont Anderson. Yanbal manufactures cosmetics and personal care products, employs more than 3,000 people, markets more than 80 million products a year, and has a network of 600,000 beauty entrepreneurs. Belmont is a founding member of Entrepreneurs for Integrity in Peru and a member of the Board of Directors of Comex-Peru.
