He knows the pulse of the international financial markets. In 2009, he joined the ranks of the company, but the economist has also worked in the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, the executive direction for Mexico and the Dominican Republic of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) stands out, he was also president of the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), and general director of Public Credit in the Ministry of Finance and Public Debt. In the private sector, he was an independent director of Banco Walmart and Corporación Actinver; he was also appointed as financial expert of Vitro’s Audit Committee. Between 2011 and 2012 he became president of the Business Council of Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.
