She has more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) area and she is the manager and senior vice president of Oracle, a company she joined in 2007 as director of Key Accounts. She worked her way up the ladder to become general manager of Peru and regional vice president of Sales for HCM applications. In 2017, Dos Santos was named vice president of Strategic Accounts for Latin America and, just one year later, assumed her current position.
