She has been president of ManpowerGroup Latin America since 2013 and is responsible for the operation in 18 countries with more than 70,000 outsourced employees in the region. In 2017 she became the first woman to lead the American Chamber of Commerce Mexico and in 2019 she was distinguished as ‘Woman of the Decade in Innovation and Leadership’ by the Women Economic Forum. She was part of the private sector’s Cuarto de Junto which advised the Mexican government on the signing of the Mexico-United States-Canada trade agreement (T-MEC). She also participated in the working groups related to the recently approved reform regulating labor subcontracting.
