Rafael Zubillaga is the president of Farmatodo, the company founded by his grandfather 103 years ago as Farmacia Lara in the Venezuelan city of Barquisimeto, and which he renamed in 1988. Today the company has more than 250 stores throughout Venezuela and Colombia, where Zubillaga began its internationalization in 2009, together with his son Teodoro. Most recently, he opened the first two stores out of the 25 that they plan to have in Medellín in the next five years. The goal is not only to expand in Colombia but also to other countries in the region.
