Luciana Abeid Ribeiro Dalmagro has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Pharmacy, but being the fifth generation of a family linked to agribusiness, she chose to dedicate herself exclusively to the activity. Winner of the Women of Agro award in 2020, she currently manages the family’s century-old property in Sales Oliveira, in the interior of São Paulo, which is currently dedicated to poultry farming. Fazenda Alta Conquista has 14 poultry farms and a production capacity of 500,000 chickens per bimonthly cycle.
