André Esteves

André Esteves is the main shareholder of BTG Pactual and returned in April to the command of the bank’s board of directors after six years away. He is the sixth richest Brazilian in the world, with a net worth of US$6.82 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Esteves and his wife, Lilian, donated R$200 million for the creation in 2021 of Inteli, a technology and leadership education institute inspired by MIT, with scholarships for half of the students - the other founder was Roberto Sallouti, CEO of the bank.
