Andrés Simón González-Silen

Andrés Simón González-Silen is CEO and co-founder of Asistensi, an insurtech dedicated to providing health services with immediate attention, so that migrants can take care of family members, wherever they are. Asistensi is deployed in Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and the Philippines. It currently has more than 250 employees and plans to expand into 15 countries by 2025. González-Silen is also a founding partner of Venemergencia, a leading primary health care company in Venezuela, with more than 18 years of history in the country and more than 500 employees. He is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a member of YPO and the Group of Fifty.
