Beatriz Fernández

Beatriz is a graduate in business administration from the CESA and in 1980 co-founded one of the most emblematic companies in Colombia, with one location in Bogotá. With 90% female staff, the restaurant chain operates a policy of hiring victims of domestic conflicts and mothers who are heads of households. She is also a speaker on success in business, talking about pragmatism, social responsibility and loyalty to a strategy.
