In addition to Colombia, Éxito has a presence in Uruguay and Argentina, where it has a share in the Libertad hypermarket chain. Its main shareholders are currently Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição (CBD) with 91.52%, and GPA2 Empreendimentos E Participacoes Ltda., with a 5% stake.
