From the World Economic Forum to the United Nations: from Mexico and now in the US, Claudia Romo has become a leading promoter of Hispanic and Latino talent. With her foundation, We Are All Human, Romo works to spread the benefits of diversity and inclusion in business. With a campaign driven by her husband Richard Edelman’s relationship agency Edelman, the Hispanic Star logo is also an initiative to unite businesses, organizations, and leaders and fight for the advancement of community leadership in the US. At least 300 companies have signed on to the foundation’s mission.
