Claudio Pracownik

Claudio Pracownik is the CEO of Win the Game, a joint venture between BTG Pactual and Fix Delivery Partners, of which he is a founding partner, and which carried out financial and business management in sports - mainly soccer and e-sports. Previously, he was partner and COO of BTG Pactual, COO of Bozano, Simonsen, CEO and COO of Ágora Corretora, then one of the largest companies of its kind in the country, as well as partner and director of Genial Investimentos. He was also CFO of Flamengo, participating in the club’s financial restructuring process.
