Dulce Pugliese de Godoy Bueno is cofounder of Amil, a Brazilian health insurance company. A physician with a post-doctorate in business administration from the University of Texas, she controls 48% of the shares of Diagnostics of America (Dasa) and, according to Forbes magazine, had an estimated net worth of US$1.7 billion in April 2022 - making her the third richest woman in the country. Her late husband was Edson Bueno, to whom she was married for 47 years, died in 2017.
