Eduardo Hochschild Beeck

Eduardo Hochschild Beeck is CEO of Hochschild Mining and is recognized as one of Peru’s most important businessmen. Hochschild Mining explores, extracts, processes and sells silver and gold. The executive joined the Hochschild Group in 1987 as security assistant in the Arcata unit, and is the company’s largest shareholder with a 38% interest. Mr. Hochschild is also president of Cementos Pacasmayo and president of Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC).
