Fábio Barbosa has been CEO of Natura &Co since June 2022. Joining the company represented his return to the executive command of a company, having served for two decades as president of ABN Amro Real, Santander Brasil and Grupo Abril, and as president of Febraban from 2011 to 2015. He is one of the Brazilian executives most recognized for his work and leadership in areas such as sustainability, and also serves as a board member of Itaú and Ambev.
