Flávio Rocha

Flávio Gurgel Rocha is the chairman of the board of directors of the Guarararapes Group, which includes Lojas Riachuelo, Midway Financial, Midway Shopping Center, and Casa Verde Transportadora. He has a degree in business administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP), with post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School. He founded and presided over the Retail Development Institute (IDV), where he is currently a board member. Rocha was also a federal congressman and a member of the National Constituent Assembly.
