Ileana Musa

Ileana Musa, managing director at Morgan Stanley is not only on a mission to generate value and profits for her clients, but she also wants the new generation of Latina professionals to have less trouble reaching executive levels in companies. One of her aims is to help them reach these levels in half the time it took her generation, she said recently. She is co-head of Global Wealth Management for a firm that manages more than US$160 billion in assets. Ileana has been recognized as one of the most influential women in finance by various publications (Citywire, among others). She is also a prominent figure in initiatives that seek to promote women’s access to the financial world, as investors or executives.
