Marcelo Mindlin

Marcelo Mindlin is the chairman of Grupo Emes (finance) and Pampa Energía (gas, oil and electric power). He is also a shareholder of SACDE (construction) and Orígenes (insurance). Pampa Energía is one of the main electricity generators in Argentina. It also produces oil and gas in Vaca Muerta and the country’s main basins. This year, it confirmed the acquisition of 50% of Greenwind S.A., which owns the Mario Cebreiro wind farm, with an installed capacity of 100 MW, for US$20.5 million.
