Mariana Dias is CEO and cofounder of Gupy, an HR startup that uses technology and AI to help companies recruit with more assertive selection processes. More than one million people have already been hired through the platform. Before founding Gupy, in 2015, she worked for four years at Ambev, where she was responsible for the HR area for Latin America.
