Matías leads one of the most successful Chilean startups of recent years. NotCo has been creating plant-based foods, but with flavors and textures similar to animal products, for six years. This unicorn conquered Jeff Bezos and its brand is expanding into several markets, having forged alliances with Starbucks, Burger King and Papa John’s. This year the company sealed a deal with Kraft Heinz to create a joint venture.
