She chairs the ManpowerGroup consulting firm for Latin America and oversees operations in 18 countries with more than 70,000 outsourced workers in the region. The environment for companies, according to the executive, is complicated in Mexico. During a press conference in June, she said that the Mexican authorities are monitoring requirements on employers as if they were criminals. She has been recognized as Woman of the Decade in Innovation and Leadership by the Women’s Economic Forum and advised the Mexican government on the signing of the free trade agreement between Mexico, the United States and Canada (USMCA), in addition to the working groups on the reform that regulated outsourcing, whch was approved by Congress in April 2021.
