This Spanish executive is one of the most prominent businessmen in the region in his position as president of the company, after a career of more than two decades in the organization. Prior to this position, he held different roles at PepsiCo, one of the world’s largest producers of beverages and snacks. In the past, the executive also worked at the Spanish company Chupa Chups, a confectionery manufacturer. In 2021, PepsiCo had a revenue of almost US$80 billion and is on course to improve on its pre-pandemic 2020 figures this year, as of the first half of the year.
