Roberto Sallouti

Roberto Sallouti has been CEO of BTG Pactual, Latin America’s largest investment bank, since 2015. He joined the institution in 1994 and became a partner four years later, when it was still Pactual. He was appointed COO in 2008. He is one of those responsible for the bank’s entry into the digital retail segment, the bank’s fastest growing area. In 2021, together with André Esteves, he led the creation of Inteli, a non-profit educational institution in São Paulo, with scholarships for half of the students.
