Rosángela Guerra continues to achieve milestones. After becoming the first woman to lead Lincoln Mexico, the local subsidiary of Ford’s luxury brand, a position she held for four years, in October 2021 she was promoted to an international position. As the new head of Ford in Puerto Rico, Central America and the Caribbean, Guerra saw from afar the centennial celebration of Ford’s Model L. Guerra continues as one of the pilots in the company’s central lanes as the industry makes its way into the electric vehicle market.
