Stanley Motta

Stanley is a leading investor in the Latin America region and a philanthropist. He leads investments in Panamanian companies such as Copa Airlines, Banco General, ASSA Insurance Company and Motta International. According to Forbes magazine, he is the largest investor in the Central American region and his assets exceed US$4 billion. Among his philanthropic activities, he chairs the Alberto Motta Foundation, a network that promotes corporate social responsibility, and is also a member of the environmental organization The Nature Conservancy, and is considered one of the greatest precursors of social responsibility in Central America, according to the Panamanian National Council of Private Enterprise (Consejo Nacional de la Empresa Privada).
