Geisha Williams made history in 2017 by becoming CEO of the giant PG&E, one of the world’s largest energy providers. With this, Williams, born in Cuba, became the first Latina to lead a Fortune or S&P 500 company. Her career has always been linked to the energy industry, where she serves as an example for many women in the STEM sector who are looking for inspiration. Geisha sits on several boards of directors (Salesforce, Artera, Siemens) and is one of the members of the Bipartisan Policy Center, a think-tank that seeks to promote the participation of US society in such relevant areas as the economy and health.
