Fabián Kon has been CEO of the largest private equity financial group in Argentina since 2016. In December 2020, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SAU’s loans to the private sector recorded a year-on-year growth of 6.4%, the highest increase reported by a private bank, according to the Argentinian Institute of Fiscal Analysis. Under Kon’s leadership, the bank won the Great Place to Work Award as the best bank to work for in the country.
