Gala Díaz Langou is the executive director of the Center for the Implementation of Public Policies for Equity and Growth (CIPPEC). She has directed the CIPPEC Social Protection program since 2016, and is a founder and member of the Global Coalition for Social Protection Floors, the Collective Childhood in Debt, the AgendaxlaIgualdad initiative, of Humanin Haus. Langou promotes research and public policy recommendations on poverty, childhood, employment, social security, and economic gender inequalities.
