In 2012, Costantini became the first woman to run an automotive company in Argentina, serving as CEO of General Motors for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Back then, she was included in Fortune Magazine’s 50 Most Powerful Women in the Business World. After her departure in 2016, she was appointed president of Aerolineas Argentinas. Currently, she is the CEO of GST-Servicios Financieros, a member of the CIPPEC Advisory Council and an independent member of the boards of IRSA, Novae, San Miguel Global and Bladex.
