Cimed is one of the biggest pharmaceuticals in Brazil. Headed by CEO João Adibe Marque, who´s father and grandfather started a little lab in São Paulo (taken over by União Quimica) in the 1970´s. Moving forward with sales of generic drugs, Cimed took its place in the market also investing on research at its own study center in Pouso Alegre, in the Minas Gerais state.
