Macarena Navarrete

Macarena Navarrete joined EY Chile in 1998 and was appointed as country manager in 2018, managing more than 1,400 people nationwide. She is the first woman to achieve this position among the leading audit firms in the country. She is a lawyer, who graduated from the University of Chile. As a leader, she has focused on inclusion, especially in initiatives related to gender equality, sexual diversity, people with disabilities, and immigration.
