A Guatemalan entrepreneur and exporter dedicated for more than 20 years to developing wheat products for prestigious restaurant chains in Central America, Mexico, the US and the Caribbean. Among its more than 10 production lines are hamburgers, English muffins and pies. The company currently supplies clients such as McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy’s and other brands, and exports 3,000 containers per year to a number of markets. In recent years the company has invested in technology, education, home distribution and production of dog cookies in the US.
