Décio da Silva is the chairman of the board of WEG, a Brazilian company specialized in manufacturing and selling electric motors, transformers and generators, present in 38 countries and with almost 40,000 direct employees. Son of the founder Eggon João da Silva, he serves as a member of the boards of BRF, Iochpe-Maxion and Algar Group and was CEO of WEG, a position he held for 18 years.
