Karen Santos is CEO and cofounder of UX for Black Mines, an edtech that professionalizes and connects black women for technology and user experience. She created the initiative in 2019 to “change the face of tech.” With a degree in graphic design from Paulista University and elected as a LinkedIn Top Voice for the 2022 generation, Santos was a product designer at PicPay and QuintoAndar.
