SLC had revenues in excess of 3 billion reais (about US$580 million) in 2020 and net income of 510 million reais. The company is controlled by SLC Participações, which holds 52.9% of the capital and is a holding company formed by members of the Logemann family, which founded the SLC Group in 1945, which also has a network of John Deere brand machinery and equipment dealers.
