Fernando Galletti is the CEO of Minerva Foods. He is part of the second generation of the Villela de Queiroz family in the leadership of the company, after it was acquired in the early 1990s. He was responsible for carrying out the company’s IPO in 2007 and implementing a management model closer to the financial market than that traditionally applied in the protein industry. Unlike his competitors, he prioritized organic growth, with fewer acquisitions, and concentrated his expansion efforts in South America.
