Rachel Maia

Rachel Maia founded her business consultancy, RM Consulting, in 2018, and since then has served as a management advisor to several major companies, such as Banco do Brasil, Vale, and CVC Corp. With a degree in accounting from FMU, Maia has served as CFO of Tiffany & Co, as CEO of Pandora, and CEO of Lacoste, roles she held for around 19 years. She is also a member of the advisory board of Unicef Brazil.
