Andrea Schwarz is a social entrepreneur and founding partner of iigual, a company that has been assisting other companies in recruiting and hiring people with disabilities since 2019. Schwarz is 44 years old and has been a wheelchair user since the age of 22. She is recognized for promoting inclusion and acceptance of people with disabilities, as well as addressing issues of discrimination and prejudice. In an interview with Vogue in August 2022, she stated that her company had helped bring 20,000 people with disabilities into the job market.
