The executive leads the digital transformation of more than five companies of Grupo Aval, Colombia’s largest financial conglomerate. She founded in 2018 and is the current CEO of ADL Digital Lab, the digital and innovation arm of the holding company. That division started with around 20 workers and today has more than 700. ADL acquired businesses that were previously in the hands of Casa Editorial El Tiempo -whose owner is Luis Carlos Sarmiento- such as CarroYa.com and Metrocuadrado.com. Albir was named in 2023 as one of the 50 Hispanic Technology Leaders of the Year by the Hispanic Technology Executive Council (Hitec).
