Angélica Ruiz Celis is the president of British oil company BP in Mexico. The last year was a complex one for the company after it exited the exploration and production business in the country due to the unlikely commercial viability of the last prospect in which it was looking for oil. The European giant still owns a network of 500 gas stations in Mexico, in addition to marketing 300 million cubic feet of gas per day for industrial customers.
